Our Mission: From Cruelty to Compassion

Our mission at **Dog Is Friend** is simple yet powerful: to save innocent dogs from the cruelty of the meat trade and give them the chance to live, love, and be loved. We believe every dog, no matter where it comes from, deserves safety, compassion, and a family that cares.

From the very beginning, we refused to look away. We saw the fear in their eyes—the cages filled with hopeless souls waiting for a terrible fate—and we decided to act. Step by step, rescue by rescue, we began saving lives, giving each dog a name, a warm bed, and a reason to trust humans again.

So far, we have successfully rescued **more than 500 dogs** from slaughterhouses and illegal meat markets. Many arrived sick, injured, and terrified, but with love and care, they have transformed. Today, they run freely, play joyfully, and bring endless happiness to their new families. Every wagging tail is a reminder of why we continue this fight.

Our ambitious journey doesn't stop here: Our goal is to save at least **5,000 dogs**!

With each rescue, we not only save a life but also challenge the mindset of a society where the dog meat trade persists. We dream of a day when every dog is treated as a friend, not food.
